Jacob Schambye, Senior Vice President Global Sales and Marketing
Jacob Schambye is Chief Commercial Officer and head of Global Sales & Marketing at Hager Group. He joined Hager Group in 2018, where he is leading a journey of growth acceleration and transformation, including the digitalization and expansion into new business areas and segments. He chairs the Global Sales & Marketing Leadership Team as well as the Operations Committee, and is a member of the Global Leadership Team and Strategic Committee at Hager Group. Prior to joining Hager Group, Jacob held senior management roles in other leading building material and high-tech companies. He holds an M.Sc. in economics from Copenhagen Business School and worked as a consultant with BCG before joining industry.

Vincent Hurel, Global Head of Distribution Channel
Vincent Hurel joined ABB in 1990 and has a proven track record in managing a variety of sales, marketing, operations and general management roles of increasing responsibility across a number of business areas. Vincent is a seasoned leader with strong business knowledge. Most recently he was the Lead Business Manager for ABB France. He developed a clear digital strategy, supporting the role of distributors being reinforced by the digital economy.
Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Control & Automation and a Master of business Administration.

Jeroen Hol, Vice-President Strategic Partnerships Europe
Jeroen joined Legrand in 2012, with the acquisition of Minkels, a worldwide supplier of high-quality solutions for datacenter infrastructures. After continuing his role as CEO for Minkels, he took charge in 2015 of the Strategic Business Unit Digital Infrastructures. In 2022, he was appointed Vice-President Strategic Partnerships Europe.

Jorgé Cortes Iracheta, Global Distribution Vice President
Born and raised in Mexico City,Jorgé has more than 30 years of experience working for global and regional organizations in the areas of management, marketing, sales, and distribution channels, in the IT and electrical markets. During the last 17 years within Schneider Electric, he has held various positions, including country President for APC Mexico, Latin America Secure Power Business VP, and, for the last 4 years, he has been relocated to France as Global distribution VP. In this role he is tasked with driving the transformation of the Electrical Distribution and DIY network and supporting global and regional partners to grow and develop their business, in coordination with the different operational organizations in the countries where Schneider Electric is present.

Alexander Frisch, SVP – Global Head of Partner Management
Alexander has more than 37 years business experience at Siemens with profound background in Sales & Marketing across industries and countries. He previously held positions as Head of Executive Office of a Managing Board Member of Siemens AG, Board of Director Siemens Spain, and Global Sales Head of Drive Technologies Division.
During his assignment as Global Head of Partner Management, Alexander used his vision to grow our business with partners to an all-time high. In numerous co-creation workshops, he inspired our partners and our own organization how to use digitalization for improving performance and transforming the businesses into a successful future.
